Welcome to the Arts for Business (Arts4Biz) page for New Artists!

Our mission is to promote and expose the work of emerging artists, just like you, who don’t have access to the Art Galleries circuit, to the general public.

We want to showcase exciting pieces of your art across different businesses located in the Puget Sound Area.

The idea is to expose the art to thousands of potential customers so that the artists can increase their chances of selling it, and the business benefit for having beautiful paintings and sculptures displayed in their workplaces. Their customers will appreciate it!

This is how it works:

You submit digital photos (via email to me for now, eventually I will setup the Website for submission) of your paintings or sculptures with the following mandatory data for each piece:

  • Photos with 240 dpi minimum resolution (300 dpi optimal) and around 500MB size (good to print in a 4 x 6 high quality print)
  • Dimensions of the original art
  • Title (Unique, since it will identify the piece)
  • Description
  • Style (it will be catalogued under the style that you define)
  • Price that you would like to sell it for
  • Comments (this one is not required but it is appreciated)

I will review the art pieces and decide (using my totally arbitrary criteria) if they are marketable or not. If they get approved, they will be part of my art catalog and posted in this Web site (in the Artist section) under your name.

Once the art is approved and uploaded, our sales manager, Guty Covian (email: guty@arts4biz.com), will be contacting local businesses.

The business owners will then select the art that they want to display by choosing it from the catalog of pre-qualified artists available in our portfolio.

The business will be carefully selected by their demographics (higher income customers) and traffic (business with waiting areas or where people spend a lot of time such as restaurants) so that your art has better chances to be sold.

If the business owner selects one or more pieces of your offering, you will be contacted by Guty and will bring the art to our Gallery. We will will deliver them to the agreed upon business.

Of course, we will notify you after 2 or 3 months to let you know that some pieces are not selling well. You can always decide to lower the price if you want to sell them to entice the customers (or keep it high if you prefer. It’s always up to you since you are the creator!).

By the way, we’ve just started this adventure so you’ll see that this web site is still a work in progress. We already have lined up several businesses and now we’ve just started contacting the artists.

You could be one of the first artists to sign with us and this will give you an edge since you’ll have your art displayed right away.

I will respond to you within 24 hours to any questions that you may have. Then you can submit the photos of your art pieces attached to an email with the fields described in this page correctly filled in.

I will add you to the list of Artists and display the photos and descriptions of your art, and… we are ready to go!

You will be notified when a business selects your art to be displayed and will have one week to deliver it to us.

This is an exciting initiative where everybody wins!
